With the fast development of agricultural market, the competitions between agricultural products become increasingly fierce. The traditional model for agricultural production based on the scattered operation of family economy confronts a series of new contradictions between scattered businesses and fulfillment of large scale economy, limited investment and increase in the investment of technology, the uneven availability of information and the commercializing of farm produce. It is firmly believed that both the transverse cooperation and vertical cooperation aim essentially to get advantage from economy of scale and in market competition.
