Basing on the summary and analyses of status, developing principle and automatic technology, it is pointed out that one of the powerful manners for decreasing cost, rising integrated interests and competing ability of mine is to control and manage productive logistics system.By studying the characteristic and function of modern productive logistics system, hierarchical intelligent control system is potent to a complicated logistics system. It is made up of computers that are different in hiberarchy and function. Hierarchical intelligent control system of modern productive logistics in mine is constructed, based on analysis of configuration and computer network. After discussing technology of formalization model built, non_foemalization built and compound model, analyses some basis properties of Petri network. At the same time, dynamic compound model of modern productive logistics in mine is constructed, based on expanded Petri network system. The dissertation discusses that inventory management is the base of implement of logistics management in enterprise. According to the requirement of mine, the dissertation has contrived the whole scheme of system, and presented the integration schemes of inventory management system with purchase, production and sell. Subsequently, it set forth the realizable methods of these integration schemes. Through software running examples, the function modules of inventory management are analyzed, disposal flow of system are explained in detail.
