Economic Analysis On Countryside Environment Rectification

For a long time in China, the emphasis and investment for countryside has been far less than that for city in regard of environment rectification. The contradiction between the backward environment rectification infrastructure and the continuing burden of pollution has been steadily growing, which has directly caused a severe deterioration of countryside environment issues. Speeding up countryside environment reconstruction and improving environmental quality is the basic requirement for the sustained development of current agriculture and the countryside, and the important measure for realization of coordinated urban & rural social economic development and all around well-being social enterprise. So, it is especially urgent to work out a feasible plan for countryside environment rectification in response to the situation that countryside environment in China is facing a challenge that is getting harder and harder and countryside environment rectification is insufficient.Currently, all the studies already conducted in China and abroad are designed to seek good methods for countryside environment rectification from sociological, environment policy and its engineering technical points of view. The article tries to give an analysis from a public economic point of view. The writer first analyses public products (represented by typical countryside environment products) by using public economic principle. However, as technology advances and people's consumption means change, the environment, as a public product, has extended far beyond its traditional economic boundaries.Then the seriousness and source of current countryside environment pollution are unveiled, and the main problems existing in the rectification are analysed through separation in its current situation.
