Owing to shortage study in aspect of dynamic mechanism about domestic trade association, the dissertation , taking two examples of Yiwu toys trade association and Dope industrial trade association of Zhejiang Province, tries to apply the theories of System Transition and Cooperation Game to assay from three aspects such as governance, operation mechanism, relationship with government and draw a conclusion that a more effective organization has a considerably closely relationship with above three factors. Operation mechanism is the key factor of the organization and the system assurance of its' effective operation. And , the relationship between trade association and government in their cooperation game is the proviso to insure the association to operate effectively .
