| Analyzing on the concept and present situation of corruption in our country, the studying scope of the article is framed in the institutional corruption.Aiming at the core of institutional corruption-the abusing of public power by the employees of administration authorities, the article probes with the theory of rent-seeking the breeding mechanism of corruption activities from the following three points:Rent-creating of government, rent-seeking with bribing of enterprises and the game equilibrium between bribees and bribers, points out that the rent-creating of government is the root of corruption and analyzes the differences of rent-seeking ways with bribing means between state-owned and private-owned enterprises.The article raises the viewpoints with the basic principle of institutional economics that to establish the reasonable institutional structure, to restrict corruption with institutional arrangement and to control it within which the society can put up with. The institutional arrangement can be divided into formal and informal ones. After the theoretic analyzing on the ways and function of restricting corruption of the two kinds of arrangements, the article puts forward policy suggestions of restricting corruption. |
