Research On Financial Strategem Of NS Company, LTD. Based On Management Game

International Management Game is an enterprise-training course designed by Carnegie Mellon University, USA. Through this course, the students of MBA play the roles as the senior management to run a suppositional manufacturings marketing Company by means of the computer and Internet technology. The course covers various subjects including enterprise strategy, marketing, manufacturing organization, financial management, etc. By this three-year suppositional practice, the students strengthen the understanding of the knowledge what they have 1 earned and apply them comprehensively, at last aim to enhance the students' ability as top-management.NS Company, is a simulate Company designed by the MBA students of Northeastern University graduated in year 2002. Five students, all the members of the management team of NS, are in charge of the comprehensive development, marketing, production, and finance individually. I am as the financial manager of NS.In this article, firstly, it gives a brief introduction to the Project of Management Game including the principal, purpose and the overview of the Company, etc. Secondly, The financial strategy for the Company is made on the basis of the analysis of the historical data and the financial status of our Company and our competitors. The part of financial data and evaluation reports the Company's financial achievement. This thesis is formed of seven part, first part is background of MG and brief of NS Company, LTD. second part is finance management theory and initial finance condition of NS Company, LTD. From third to fifth part is finance report and Strategic management from 2004 to 2006. sixth part is MBO of NS Company, LTD. Seventh part is concluding remarks. Especially, MBO arise suddenly.In addition, my personal thinking and relative reflection getting from my working experience are also added in it.
