Employee commitment concerns the relationship between employee and enterprise. This research is based on enterprise morality strength theory that was produced by Ouyang runping in 2003; this theory defines Employee commitment as cohesion that formed by most employees' plenary trust on enterprise management and future. This paper regards all employee of the enterprise as research object, and then makes analysis on formation, significance to enterprise and employee and some views of employee commitment.Secondly, six antecedents are proposed from the enterprise moral management perspective on the basis of foregoing analysis and use for reference of domestic and overseas scholar: enterprise value, organization justice, job achievement, job security and personal factors. The farther analysis shows that some antecedents have are related. To examine and investigate how those antecedents influence the employee commitment and at what extend, detailed statistical analysis and examples are given though two power enterprises' deep investigation.The statistical analysis and investigation results are as followed: Firstly, moral enterprise value can enhance employee commitment, but sometimes it is applied improperly in the company, besides unethical value do exist in some companies. When these phenomena happen, employee will compromise, quit or resist, which all do harm to commitment to different extend. Secondly, some unfair phenomena of pay, promotion and job changing would result in low organization justice and have negative impacts on employee commitment. Thirdly, top managers those who have magnificent virtue and excellent management ability can stand by human-oriented principle and practice it in the work, which gains employee trust. Moreover, supervisors can effect employee commitment directly though daily supervising and support. Fourthly, if employee have stable work, abundant develop opportunity and feel the sense of achievement and satisfaction, he will have high employee commitment. This is especially important to knowledge workers. Fifthly, personal factors such as age and studying background also affect the commitment. Sixthly, Employee commitment has significant forecast on demission tendency.Finally, this paper suggests that built and improve moral management and improve morality strength is the effective approach to gain and boost up employee commitment, and discuss meaning of morality manager, the significance to enterprise, the ethical...
