With the development of economic, enterprises in our country face the problems of universal employee turnover. The number of turnover cases, the frequency and the influence has caused many problems that attract domestic scholars' attention. The research of employee turnover is practically essential for our human resource management in enterprises. Existing domestic researches have thrown light on the solution to special turnover problems and forming theories through surveys. Yet little is done on the systematic research of employee turnover from the perspective of Human Resource Management. By surveys and referring plentiful research findings on employee turnover at home and abroad, this research analyzes reasons and influence of employee turnover on the enterprises in our country. In conclusion, the thesis puts forward with development strategy in two aspects: develop the cost and prevention concept; build human resource solutions to employee turnover.
