With the development of enterprises,enterprise managers have become more and more powerless to fully grasp all aspects of the work,while the employees who undertake and carry out organizational tasks are becoming more and more the main body to find and solve problems,managers are increasingly aware of the importance of brainstorming and working together in management.As a positive role,employee voice has been paid much attention by the business community and academia,on the one hand,employee voice has inherent uniqueness and positive external performance,reflect the problems existing within the organization for promoting the enterprise sustainable development;On the other hand,employee voice is the result of active behavior,Promote the development of employees 'innovative ability and organizational innovation.Coupled with the emergence of ethical scandals,the moral appeal of enterprises has become an invisible enterprise capital,imperceptibly affecting the value cognition and value choice of employees,so this paper will further analyze the impact mechanism of enterprise ethics on employee advice.The article consists of four parts:Part one: introduction.This paper mainly combs the literature review of employee voice and enterprise moral,expounds the research background of this article,and further points out the research significance,research methods and innovation points of research.The second part: the relationship between employee voice and enterprise morality.On the basis of the concept of employee voice,the way of dividing employees ' words from three aspects of content,subject and attitude highlights the purpose of employee's content,the identity on the subject,the altruism of implementation and the risk of form.Finally,it explains the internal relationship between employee construction and enterprise morality.The third part: the influence of ethics on employee voice at the organizational level.Starting from the organizational level of moral enterprise,this paper discusses the influence of humanistic oriented enterprise culture,moral leadership,ethics and ethics system and organizational atmosphere on the employee voice.The fourth part: The promotion effect of professional ethics on employees voice.This chapter will be the staff moral embodiment into the professional ethics,with the initiative of professional ethics,purpose and innovation,in turn corresponding to the employee's sense of ownership,responsibility perception and creativity,professional ethics and staff to make a close relationship with the words,matching.The fifth part: Strengthen corporate ethics and motivate employees to build their words.According to the current situation of social development,strengthen the moral appeal of enterprises from three aspects of enterprise leaders,organizational environment and moral education,so as to create a suitable enterprise environment for employees to build,use the power of ideological and political education,tap the potential of employees to speak,throughthe reward mechanism,optimize the effectiveness of employee voice,form a set of standardized ethical system Instructor to say the behavior of the work.
