In order to promote Yantai's economy and advance Yantai port's function, the government of Yantaidecides to build Bajiao port in about 2005 to 2010 so that the economy of Yantai city and Jiaodongarea can advance quickly. So port financing becomes critical.First, this article introduces the plan for building Bajiao port. Then it analyzes ninefinancing modes which can be considered for Bajiao port financing. Based upon thoseresearches, the article analyzes the risk of Bajiao port financing.
