Research On The Integrated Construction Of "E-Port" In Qinhuangdao Port

With the change of port construction and operation mode and the rapid development of modern information technology,especially in the premise of China's vigorously promoting the development of "Internet plus" and e-government integration,the port's e-government relies on the new port of E-government in the process of construction,operation,transformation and upgrading.Based on the current situation and future development trend of E-government in Qinhuangdao port,this paper systematically discusses the problems existing in the construction and planning of E-government in Qinhuangdao port,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the intelligent level of Qinhuangdao port,Improve the function of Qinhuangdao Port e-government integration,enhance the comprehensive strength of Qinhuangdao port,and provide some reference for the development of the same type of port.In this paper,through a comprehensive reading of research literature at home and abroad,the basic theories of e-government,"E-port" and "integration" are summarized and combed to lay a theoretical foundation for the following research.Through the questionnaire survey,the paper combs and investigates the construction of Qinhuangdao Port's "E-port".On this basis,it deeply analyzes the current situation of the integration construction of Qinhuangdao Port's "E-port".It is clear that the top-level design needs to be strengthened,the management system construction is imperfect,the integration platform construction of "E-port" lags behind,the security risks and the lack of information resources Lack of reasonable sharing and other issues.In addition,based on the in-depth analysis of the construction demand,construction status and advanced experience of other domestic ports in the construction of e-government,this paper summarizes the construction experience and Enlightenment of "E-port" in the aspects of improving development concept,doing top-level design well,consolidating development foundation,strengthening logistics chain service,actively promoting innovation,strengthening policy support and guidance,etc.,so as to provide "e-government" of Qinhuangdao port The construction of "port integration" provides the successfulexperience that can be used for reference.Finally,in view of the construction demand and existing problems of Qinhuangdao Port's "E-port",the paper puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of top-level strategic planning,strengthening mechanism construction,building the integrated platform of port's "E-port",improving the construction of information security guarantee capacity,and promoting the interconnection of information resources.
