Study On Optimized Of Operation And Management System Of PDA Group

Dalian port, as an old port of a hundred years history, is experiencing an extremely important period of development and opportunity, being transferring from a traditional loading port to a modern logistic port that will build a digital port and enhance its core competitive ability through information technology to realize high-speed development. With information technology, Dalian port is promoting its reform of traditionally operational idea, style, organizational structure and management methods in order to advance the operational flow. And the only way to improve productivity is to promote the traditional management style, introduce computer management idea and establish a scientific management style.On the base of the optimized flow, considering the traditional management and the need of development, this paper expatiates a set of computer management system for Dalian port by introducing computer management to improve management flow aiming to promote the productivity, reduce the cost and enhance its competitive ability.There are six sections in this paper. In the first chapter, structure and background are offered. In the second chapter, this paper introduces the structure and characteristics of management system of Dalian port. The third chapter expatiates the goal and requirement of informationalization as well as resent informational status. And in the forth chapter the optimized model and programming detail are designed for its management system of producing. Chapter 5 analyze the social an economic effects of the new planning. Then this paper gives suggest in the future.
