The Study On Insurance Agency

With the development of insurance industry, insurance agency develops fast and becomes a very important force to put the insurance industry forward, and it also has important influence on our state's economy, but there are a lot of problems related to the insurance agency because of its short development history.In this thesis, we analysis the right and obligation between the insurance company and the insurance agent, and make a conclusion to the agent's status, at last, the thesis gives a systematic and detailed analysis of the problems in its actual application, points out the current defects and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for its regulation.
