Research On The Environmental Protection In Heilongjiang Province Economic Development

The economic and environmental issue has become a universal problem attracting the attention of the international society. It is an urgent and arduous task for the international society to protect eco-environment and to coordinate economic and environmental development. As a province with rich resource and an old base of industry, Heilongjiang province has very serious environmental problem, especially the problem of coordinating the economic development and environmental protection. As to the contradiction between economy and environment existing in Heilongjiang province, we have no other choice except pursuing the sustainable development which is suitable to the coordination of economic development and environmental protection.Based on the study about the current situation of economic development and environmental protection in china, the thesis presents all the views concerning the relationship between these two aspects, reviews the current situation and existing problem about the relationship in Heilongjiang province and analyzes the origin of the problem. Focusing on improving the coordination development mechanism of economy and environment in Heilongjiang province, the thesis proposes the guideline, object and principle of coordinating economic development and environmental protection and points out that the coordination development presupposes transforming the method of economic increase, advertising hygienic production actively, developing the industry of environmental production, constructing and carrying out the green GDP calculating method. At the same time, the thesis makes some advices on coordinating economy and environment in Heilongjiang key resource areas (agriculture area coal area and petroleum area).
