Study Of The Technological Innovation Ability Of State-owned Enterprises In The Old Industrial Base Of The Northeast

Technology innovation (TI) has been the guarantee of the existence and development for enterprises. Facing the new situation of the rapid development of economic globalization, technological innovation is sure to become the foundation of developing economy in each country.It's long since the effects of many factors, most enterprises lacked independent technology of intellectual property, thus imitation and introduction abroad became the main source of technologies. Management mode is production oriented focusing on the quality of products, which resulted in the low technological proportion, poor quality, high energy exhaustion and bad reliability, thus the inferior competitive power in the end. With China's entry into the WTO in 2001, our enterprises will be faced with the acute challenges from the overseas enterprises; the innovation activities and technological innovation abilities have been the incentive and sources that play a role in the existence and development of our enterprises.This text is on the basis of analyzing the technological innovation current situation and the existing problem of state-owned enterprises in the Northeast industrial base, use relevant theories, through the appraisal of the technological innovation ability of state-owned enterprises, propose the measure to promote the technological innovation ability. The main content that this paper includes:At first, analyze enterprise characteristic and it's relation with technological innovation ability, mechanism in technological innovation; Analyze the current situation and existing problem of innovation ability in state-owned enterprise of the Northeast industrial base ; Set up enterprise technological evaluation index system of innovation ability, and discuss the principle which should observe, make the final appraisement; Proposed a series of measures to improve the old technological innovation ability of state-owned enterprise in the Northeast industrial base and offer relevant support environments.
