Inventory management as a major component of modern logistics management plays a critical role in the course of enterprise operational decision-making. Integrating characteristic of pharmaceutical warehouse, on the basis of fulfilling definite service level, at the aim of decreasing warehouse storage quantity as soon as possible and achieving enterprise inventory management cost minimum, this dissertation applying the theory of modern inventory management, fuzzy mathematics and operational research conducts a comprehensive exploring research on warehouse goods classification, inventory demand forecasting, inventory service level definition and optimal order quantity. This dissertation conducts fuzzy classification of inventory goods and establishes the analysis model of ABC fuzzy clustering based on fussy clustering theory, which serves as the basis of important goods management; based on the goods classification, this dissertation determines gray interval of inventory demand applying gray series method of forecasting and designs the secure inventory quantity on the basis of expected service level; according to the extending model of classic economic order quantity, through the principle of operational research this dissertation establishes the multiple-phase dynamic storage model and defines prime order quantity by the frequency of inventory turnover and goal of minimum operational cost. This dissertation popularizes the inventory management decision-making model on the type A, which acts as an object of important goods management, and provides some reliable theory for enterprise operational decision-making. This dissertation adequately convinces us of the influence from inventory management decision-making for enterprise operation and put forward some reasonable suggestion for inventory management.
