The Study Of The Mode About The Technology Of The Petty Officer, The Vocational Educations And The Training

At present, the education of the petty officer in our country has followed the educational mode of the educational level of cultivating officer in the military academy all through. The mode includes many defects such as the characteristic is not obvious, the all-around diathesis is not high and the ability of technologies is not strong. This has affected training quality of the petty officer badly, has affected the building of petty officers and has affected the creating of army's , battle effectiveness. All this is not seasoned with Chairman Jiang's request about "strengthen five troops building". So the study to the mode of the education of the petty officer is an important task to the teaching staff about the petty officer.This question for discussion will research the training mode of the petty officer with ability, conceiving a new training mode of petty officer with ability according to the idea of technology, vocational education and training. In the second chapter of this thesis, by analyzing technology, vocational education and cultivation of the world, adopting the means of analogies and inferences, I found out the immanent relation and the distinction between technology vocational educations of the world and petty officer education of our army, and analyzed the question and the differences which our petty officers contain. In the third chapter, I put forward the guiding principles for the technology of the petty officer, the vocational educations, and the training mode. This will establish the foundation for the mode of educations of training the petty officer. In the forth chapter, I analyzed the features about the petty officer and the actualities of the training, put forward that we must built " the mode of teaching and training as an organic whole with taking the especial skills ". This mode accords with the situation of our country and army, and adapts the request of the new military reformation. In the fifth chapter, I brought forward main methods and ways. In the end, the living examples will validate this mode is scientific and doable. The establishment of the mode will provide the foundation for the teaching reform in the academies of the petty officer and for the decision of headquarters.
