| Recent years, with the vigorous development of the voluntary organizations inour country, the youth volunteer group as the most dynamic group is playing a pivotalrole in our social life. However, due to the late start of the voluntary organizations inChina, there are many problems to be solved in practice operation, which alsorestricted its long-term development. Therefore, to study the youth volunteermanagement has a certain theoretical and practical significance.First of all, this thesis is based on the study of the relevant literature of theforeign youth volunteer group management, analyzed the successful experience andexisting problems of foreign youth volunteer management; including the China youthvolunteer management status, existing problems, influencing factors and somemanagement idea from scholars, etc.Secondly, this thesis is based on the research conducted in Tianjin UrbanConstruction Management and Vocation Technology College. Start with the status ofthe youth volunteer group management, and based on the analysis of the survey tofind the core problems and affecting factors in the college. And then, analyze thenature of the volunteer activities and social attribute, from the perspective ofphilosophy, culture, society, system and organization. And based all above, proposethe system management thoughts, methods and management mode.Finally, through literature analysis and take Tianjin Urban ConstructionManagement and Vocation Technology College as reference, this thesis try to find theaffecting factors of the youth volunteer management in theory, when they participatein volunteer activities, and propose the corresponding management project. It hascertain reference significance for improving the Chinese youth volunteer systemconstruction, organizational design, system construction and management methodimprovement. Hopefully, it will make the volunteer management more scientific, fairand effective, and promote the social development. |
