Study On Law System Of Biological Diversity Protection

Biological diversity is the foundation of the life on earth. But biological diversity has been destroyed very seriously. At first, this article discussed some related biological diversity basic issues, namely, the conception of biological diversity, the important meaning of the protect biological diversity. Secondly, the article dissertated the legislation actuality of the biological diversity protection about international and some foreign countries. The author summarized the course of the history development of the international legislation on biological diversity protection, then expounded some important principles and important law systems of the Convention on Biological Diversity. At the same time, the thesis introduced some else international conventions concerned the biological diversity protection, and then concluded some experiences for perfecting our country's law system of biological diversity protection on base of analysis the biological diversity legislation actuality like America, European Union, and Japan, etc. Thirdly, the author analyzed current the law system of biological diversity in my country, and concluded some limitations in it, for example, the legislative force is on the low side, the legislative systematism and unitary is absence. Lastly, according the our national condition and the overseas experiences, this thesis brought forward some advices and measures in order to perfecting our national the law system of biological diversity, which were constituting a law concerned the biological diversity protection mostly, perfecting the other laws and correlative measures.
