The security structure has seen numerous changes in the Northeastern Asia(NSA) since the end of the cold war, developing from a binary one into an intricate network. The Korean nuclear issue(KNI) stormed against the current safety structure , working for its reconstruction all the way into a higher Security Regimes, and in the form of crisis stimulated the public concern with regional safety cooperation.Due to special historical factors and geographically political properties, there is not yet a Security Regimes covering the whole Northeastern Asia. The local practical need and policy exploration have always been in the making and now awakened by KNI. KNI stirred up all kinds of interests and posed the problem of how to ensure and stabilize the peace and safety in NSA before every country.This article starts from basic concepts, analyze the development of KNI and the condition for setting up the Security Regimes of NSA. It points to the fact that the solution to KNI match the shaping of the Security Regimes of NSA. A robust and just NSA Security Regimes is bound to appear only if all sides in NSA stick to relevant principle. Looking into the new century, the multilateral Security cooperation Regimes will be influential and necessary for the safety stability and prosperity of Northeastern Asia.
