Under The Background Of The DPRK Nuclear Issue Of Northeast Asian Security Mechanism Research

After the end of the Cold War， with the collapse of the bipolar structure， hugechanges in the security situation in Northeast Asi（aNEA）has occurred. Transition fromthe bipolar confrontation of the Cold War was staggered zigzag structure. While theworld has once again lowered the risk of large-scale war， but the danger of conflict inthe region has increased. Thus， the original area of international security mechanismhas been challenged. NEA because of its unique historical and geopolitical reasonscharacteristics， it has not yet been formed covering the entire area and effectiveregional security mechanisms. North Korean nuclear issue（KNI） occurs， not onlythe existing security structure in NEA to be challenged， but also improve the securitystructure of NEA and then rebuild a big opportunity for NEA security mechanism. KNIas a crisis occurs， forcing attention to regional security cooperation. How to dealwith KNI， how to ensure peace and stability in NEA， the establishment of acomprehensive security mechanism is the common task of all countries in NEA.Therefore， to clarify the concepts of security mechanisms， evolution anddevelopment of the KNI， explore the conditions established by the NEA securitymechanism， adhere to the " six-party talks " mechanism， is the only way to resolvethe KNI. As long as the NEA countries and other interested countries can effectivelycomply with the basic norms of international relations， from the desire for peace，then the formation of a sound and effective security mechanism in NEA but also can beachieved.
