Study On Evaluation And Conviction Of Unlawful Felling Tree And Deforestation On Forest Management

Unlawful felling tree and excessive deforestation is a common illegal act that destroy the forestry resources .This action takes up high proportion in the case of coming down to forest ,and brings more serious results 。Therefore, In this article we analyze the phenomenon of unlawful felling tree and excessive deforestation, study the reasons and the results, and evaluate it .In the last ,we put forward rational measurements to precaution and beat such actions . The paper is described as following parts: 1.This part we describe the significant meaning of forestry conservation ,analyze the current situation and problems of our country's forestry resources ,and bring forward some measurement of our country and some other countries ,especially where existing serious phenomenon of unlawful felling tree and excessive deforestation . We also define the crime of deforestation and unlawful felling tree, and point out the difference between them. 2. In this part, we introduce the current situation of unlawful felling tree and excessive deforestation in our country, analyze the existing reasons, and point out the most serious consequence they brought. 3. We introduce the current laws and regulations of unlawful felling tree and excessive deforestation in our country, point out its faultiness and the primary existing problems in on law enforcement . 4. In this part, the conviction and the measure penalty of unlawful felling tree and excessive deforestation are studied. Discuss the measure and calculate about volume (of timber), which is the key in measure penalty promote some measurements according different cases to ensure the results. 5.
