This paper,refer tothe former prombles, study as fowoll:To begin with though discussing and analyising of definition on the foodsafety,the science conpect that meet to our practical require is provied,that isthe food safety means that in order to ensure any person in any time to gainsufficiently food fit in with his or her health,and for the reason of catering torequier of both politics and economy,the state or districts take on balanceingdynamic action about producting of food ,circulating as well asconsuming.The cost of the food safety incloude connotation and extension,theessential connotation embody as fowolls: The direct costs of food safety .Thelosts of agricultual efficiency caused by performing the policse on the foodsafety.The costs of destroing to natural environment resulted from producingthe food safety.The trade costs caused by the institution on the food safetmaking and performing.
