The Administration Cost Of Food Safety Regulation Research

Based on the local government administrative cost control as the research focus of food safety regulation,four chapters interlocking,present progressive type of frame structure,from the "food safety regulation" the micro field,through data analysis and empirical research methods such as,teasing out the administrative cost control characteristics and individual differences,and from the perspective of bureaucratic economic theory of public choice school,looking for the cause of the food safety regulatory administrative cost is high,put forward corresponding countermeasures research.Specifically to beilun ningbo food safety regulatory administrative cost problem study as an example,using grey correlation analysis method,we understand that at this stage the main motors of the food safety supervision administrative costs,administrative costs for the following paper analyzes the causes of high laid a good theoretical and empirical basis.On the reason analysis,mainly using the theory of bureaucratic economic monopoly,economic attribute,the conclusion of the empirical analysis combined with the previous chapter,find the main reasons for the expansion of administrative costs,then follow that the path of the administrative cost control of food safety supervision.Constitute four parts in this paper are: the first part is theoretical basis of administrative costs and the determination of analysis method in this paper,we use is the theory basis of bureaucratic economic theory of public choice school,analysis method of grey relational analysis is used more widely.The second part is the empirical research part,beilun ningbo,for example,through the food safety supervision administrative spending nearly three years the concrete numerical value,the selection of food safety supervision administration cost drivers,using grey correlation analysis method,it is concluded that food safety regulatory administrative costs of grey correlation degree as a result,to learn the current unreasonable of food safety supervision administrative cost drivers.The third part is the second part,according to data analysis and the empirical study,under the perspective of economic theory,combined with a specific attribute of the food safety supervision,to find the cause of the high cost of the food safety regulatory administrative.The fourth part is the analysis for the cause of the third part,discusses the cost control of food safety supervisionadministration route choice,mainly reflected in three aspects,one is to break the government monopoly;Second,the reasonable control the scale of institutions;Three is to perfect the supervision and restraint mechanism.
