| Basing on the few academic accomplishments on the act after the accomplishment of the crime, the author comb the concerning research results and try to contribute to the legal theory and practice. This thesis includes five chapters. In the first chapter, the author tries to define the act after the accomplishment of the crime, holding that so called the act after the accomplishment of the crime is the act committed by the agent after the accomplishment of the crime, which is related to the crime directly and not evaluated by the criminal law. And then, the author emphasis the importance of the concerning research in the legal theory and legal research. When we talk about the act after the accomplishment of the crime, the most important step is the clarification the time and space of the existence of the act after the accomplishment of the crime. The author put forward one argument and tries hard to prove it. At the same time, the author classify the various acts in that scope by the standard of the direct relation and the standard of the specify relation. In the second chapter, the author put the act after the accomplishment of the crime into a macroscopic viewpoint, i.e., on one hand thinking about the correlation between the later act and the original crime, on the other hand avoiding against the principle of the criminal law. Firstly, the author holds that the act after the accomplishment of the crime will never endanger the original crime, besides, questioning the rationality of the existence of the account of anti-corruption. When talking about the numbers of the acts after the accomplishment of the crime, the author explain the special meaning of the numbers of the constitutions of the crime to the accomplishment of the crime and later act.
