Study On Public Civilization Accomplishment Of Citizens

It is the requirement of building a civilized city to improve citizens' public civilization and guide citizens to conduct public civilized behaviors.It is also in response to the requirement of the President Xi Jinping in his report on the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China to strengthen citizens' ideological and moral construction.On the basis of defining the connotation of citizens' public civilization,this paper investigates Linfen City,Shanxi Province through the layers of health behaviors,public order maintenance,public language use,public place volunteer service behavior,and public place interpersonal support behavior.The investigation of public civilization literacy found that the public civilization quality of citizens in Linfen City showed a good development trend as well as some problems.Judging from the good situation,the issue of citizens' public civilization literacy is generally concerned by the society.The channels for citizens to acquire public civilization literacy are increasing,and the intensity of externalization is increasing.Judging from the existing problems,the individual citizens have a lack of public civilization awareness,and there is a tendency of interest.Some citizens' public civilization literacy behavior is out of order.Through further analysis of the reasons for the problems of citizens' public civilization literacy,it can be discussed from two aspects: the government and the citizens themselves.From the perspective of the Linfen Municipal Government,it is mainly due to the lack of mainstream core value ideology construction,the model education function to be strengthened,the lack of citizens' public civilization quality education,and the imperfect public security mechanism of citizens;It is mainly because some citizens' public civilization literacy awareness is not highly valued,some citizens' public civilization behaviors are deviated from public civilization cognition,and public civilization will be weak in the investigates of interests.Improving the public civilization of citizens requires the joint efforts of the government and citizens.From the perspective of the government,it is possible to enhancethe public morality of citizens by strengthening the mainstream media ideology propaganda and guidance,strengthening moral model demonstration education,strengthening the cultivation of citizens' public civilization quality education,and improving the public civilization rule of law guarantee mechanism;By enhancing the spiritual realm of citizens' public civilization,we must adhere to the "cautious independence" introspection,enhance the consciousness of public civilization behavior,integrate knowledge and action,attach importance to the practice of public civilization,and implement public welfare actions to promote the integrity of public civilization.Through the joint efforts of the government and citizens themselves,we will effectively promote the improvement of citizens' public civilization.
