Naturally Developing Right Of Ecosystem

Naturally developing right of ecosystem, is one of the new rights. It means that the ecosystem and subjects of it have the right of naturally developing according to the order of nature, excluding human being'wanton disturbance and keeping to be what they ought to be . But this idea has not become a uniform theory. Many people may have not heard about this idea and many people may object it even. I try to explain my idea from concept, background, academic foundation, the logical demonstration and institution construction, and so on. I also explain about transformation of paradigm of legal philosophy, which must be talked about when having touched naturally developing right of ecosystem. This article is divided into four chapters. Chapter one explains what is naturally developing right of ecosystem. In this part, I analyze naturally developing right of ecosystem in semantics, and especially compared eco-with three other words nature, environment and resource, then come to the conclusion than naturally developing right of ecosystem is the right that the ecosystem and subjects of it have the right of naturally developing according to the order of nature, excluding human being'wanton disturbance and keeping to be what they ought to be. I also summarize six characters of it. Exactly the nature of naturally developing right of ecosystem is just a right like human rights, just a right as a object of the ecosystem. Finally I compared naturally developing right of ecosystem with two other right, environmental right and unborn generations right. Chapter two demonstrates naturally developing right of ecosystem. In this part, I introduce the realistic cause, immaterial cause and social cause .They are ecosystem predicament, spiritual frustration, green movement.
