Research On The Current Rural Financial Reform

This paper is divided into three parts. The first part, fundamental to the overall theory, sets forth the financial system and rural economy development. It based on the analysis of previous researches, elaborates the conception of rural financial, the effect of financial system in the rural economy development, the necessity of financial reform, and the practical significance researches on rural financial reform.The second part sets forth the present situation and problems of rural financial system. It reviews the development of rural financial system, elaborates the present situation of rural financial system, and summarizes the deficiency of current rural financial system, i.e. inadequate supplies, cooperative finance more in name than in reality, serious drain on capital, imperfect financial system, weak financial support, etc.The third part, key to the overall passage, sets forth the design of rural financial reform. It puts forward an overall line in rural financial reform, three principles of rural financial reform, i. e. cooperative finance, diverse organize, and full competition, and four means of reforming the current rural financial system, i.e. increasing the marketability process of rural financial interest, deepening the reform in rural credit cooperative system, amplifying cooperative and competitive rural financial system, and developing nongovernmental finance.
