On The Thinking Of Strengthening The Creativity Of The CCP In The New Century

China Communist Party is a party which is rich in creativity. Creativity always makes the Party pull through at the crucial moment, and moves towards the victory from the victory. Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Party Central Committee, The situation of the world and national conditions that the Party facing has changed deeply. And the Party itself has changed deeply. These changes have brought the brand-new subject for the enhancement of the creativity of the Party. To investigate how the Party in the new century strengthens the creativity and strengthens the construction of ability of administration of the Party, there are great theory and practice meanings to meet the opportunity and challenge we are facing.This thesis divides into three major parts altogether. First, analyses about the necessity and the importance of strengthening the creativity of the Party in the new century. Have mainly expounded the fact that no creativity, no the Party's cause. It is the inevitable request for the advance which keeps the Party to strengthen creativity constantly. And the creativity of strengthening the Party constantly is that the Party promotes the urgent request for the ability of administration under the new situation. Second, analyses about several factors influencing the creativity of the Party to strengthen in the new century. Concrete to expounding the factors of thought, system, organization, and style that hamper the creativity strengthen in the Party. Third, have mainly discussed ways of strengthening creativity of the party in the new century through the analysis of the former parts. This part has summarized seven ways altogether, and analysed about these ways to prove what and why and how making these 3 points fully to make sure to try. Hope to arouse the attention from more people, and deepen the study of strengthening the creativity in the new century of the Party constantly.
