The Theoretical Research On Management Structure And System Of Shanxi Banks

Shanxi bank was the earliest bank in China and beginning of Chinese finance business in the modern era. Within a few years of its founding, its branch banks were rapidly distributed to many provinces of china. The great success was owe to the special incentive mechanism, personal shares system, and the effective restrict system. This paper based on the literature review, from the point of view of bank management structure and system, give an overall and synthetical study on the formal stocks, informal stocks, personal shares system, restrict system, sharer and manager system used economic analysis, comparison analysis and statistical analysis. The intent here is to analyze the capital organize and run, the employing mechanism and two separated powers mechanism, to explore the inner relationship among the three management system.This paper includes three chapters. The chapter one gives an introduction of bank history and research status. The chapter two mainly focus on bank management structure. It generalizes the theory of bank management structure and introduces the genre of Shanxi banks. The chapter three is the key part of this paper. This chapter is divided into three sections.
