From the end of 1970th to the beginning of 1980th ,thre were economy crisis all over the Europe countries.The market was persistently going to pot.In order to decrease the production cost ang increase the performance ,the large-scale staff reduction in corporation was prevailing . In the middle of 1980th ,though many companies had get rid of the negative effects of economy crisis and economy period ,the production was becoming enlarging,the large-scale staff reduction tidal wave was poppling yet in order to save interior cost in company organizations.Organization bankrupts were high frequent in market .From the 1990th ,though the national economy is increasing persistently,the staff reduction is also specially active in phase of the scale adjusting of the company ,because of the effects of the new techonology revolution and the world economy intergration.The staff reduction tide wave in the developed countries directly induced the large-scale staff reduction in the developing countries including China .But to such questions as What's the nature character of it ,why does the company need do it,Does it benefit the company indeed,how should the company practise its procession rationally and etc.By far there are no definite,systemic and powerful answers in the academe and tycoon .Thus we also need to research on it deep. The third chapter firt analyses the nature character of it , target structure and the possibility of its realization on the base of staff reduction status quo between the domestic and the overseas companies.The forth chapter carves up the different styles of staff reduction and analyses their character on the base of its different concrete targets .The fifth chapter analyses the costs and wins of different styles of staff reduction in corporation for embodying the nature of economy.The sixth and seventh chapter indicates the practical problems which should be paid attention to staff reduction activities in corporation beforehand ,inside and afterward and also through analysing the typical cases in order to set up the scientific exiting system of person-of-ability.The paper has independent thoughts and new rich views on its nature character,target structure and the possibility of its realization,different character of different styles of it, its costs and wins, the activities management and etc .The style of writing is simple .It is pretty significant to research and practice on the economical staff reduction behavior and managing the staff reduction activities to the domestic companies.
