Study On The Appraisal And Countermeasure To The Life Quality Of Urban Inhabitation

Report of 16th Communist Party of China national congress points out clearly , it is to improve the living standard and quality of national people to develop the economic basic goal. The new viewpoint of development emphasizes that the development of socio-economy should center on the human being but not on the traditional economic growth, which really brings forwards a new desire and object of the development of socio-economy that is the comprehensive development of human being. Nowadays, as the urbanization is becoming more and more violent, the research on systematic and scientific evaluation of the life qulity of urban inhabitation has significant reference value and guidance meaning for city manager to determine and finalize the developing direction of city, so it is necessary to establish a set of scientific ,complete and quantified evaluation system for the life quality of urban inhabitation. It is also very important to achieve scientific and objective evaluation and accurate orientation for the life quality of urban inhabitation through such evaluation system.This article includes five chapters which discusses more effective suggestions on improving and developing the life qulity of urban inhabitation of Hangzhou on the basis of systematic statistics and analytical study to the cities that have made effective achievement and rapid growth in improving the life quality of urban inhabitation, on the basic theory to evaluate the life quality of urban inhabitation.The first chapter states the meanings in which carries on the studies subject of the life quality.The second chapter summarizes the headway and trend of the research on the quality of life at the present time. Firstly, it discusses the evolving process of connotation of life quality. Secondly, based on the multifarious definition of "the quality of life" currently, it brings forward its own viewpoint on it. Finally, it briefly introduces and appraises some popular indexes of the quality of life designed by the domestic and the international scholar.The third chapter puts forward the index system of the quality of life.
