The Research On Evaluation Of Migrant Workers’ Quality Of Life

Migrant workers has become an important part of industrial workers in China and has become an indispensable power for economic development and urban development. The problem of migrant workers is one of the most main issues of "Three Rural Issues" which is most concerned at present.The quality of life of migrant workers will directly affect the process of moving forward the national well-off society and realizing modernization and industrialization in China. At present, there not exist the evaluation system for the individual migrant workers wherever at domestic or foreign. In this context, this article analyzed the evaluation system of the quality of life of migrant workers from individual research perspective, the basic point is the quality of life, and the main line of this article is the evaluation system. There built an evaluation system of the quality of life of non-migrant workers by various regions research, theoretical and empirical analysis in this article in order to reflect the quality of life of migrant workers objectively, dig out key factors in it, provide useful advices for problems about agriculture, rural area, peasantry and for the authorities.The specific content of this article includes the following four aspects:First, on the basis of summarizing and commenting the existing research results, the paper interpretted the concept of the quality of life of urban migrant workers scientificly and comprehensively, analyzed and summarized the status of the quality of life of migrant workers. Then, when the indicator selected, we creatively do our research from the point of individual, and proposed a thought which is from a descriptive single indicator extend to the interpretative the comprehensive index, from the material, labor conditions, health and medical care, spiritual life, rights and interests protection, social security six aspects selected17indicators to establish the evaluation system of the quality of life of urban migrant workers. At the end of the article built an composite index evaluation model to provide a new perspective to enrich this research field. In the article, through various regions research get the real quality of life of migrant workers, and get the conclusion by analyzing key factors and empirical model. In the last chapter of this paper, we came up with some advice on the basis of former qualitative and quantitative analysis.
