Study On Regional Economic Differences And Harmonious Development In Xinjiang

Based on the domestic and foreign regions economy and region economic difference theory and practice research, the paper carries on the analysis to the economic difference time and space dynamic change of each region in Xinjiang from the overall, according to the actual situation of each region in Xinjiang, and applies the multi-targets appraisal system to analyze the economic difference. Carried on harmonious development index computation, clustering and the region type division, to provide the ideas for harmonious development in each region, and hoping to provide the reference function for harmonious development of Xinjiang in the future. Main contents in the paper: Firstly, in this paper, statistics methods are applied to and adopt per capita GDP to reflect time and space dynamic change of Xinjiang, and make a primary analysis for economic differences situation of Xinjiang regions. Secondly, starting off from economic development situation of all regions in Xinjiang, make up of index system of seventeen indexes in economic development in Xinjiang and analyze economic development integrated strength with factorial analysis. Thirdly, using harmonious formula calculate harmonizing development degree and cluster according to harmony situation, in the end, carve up four classes according to harmonious developmental position each region in Xinjiang Finally, put to table proposals for each region harmonious development according to harmonious developmental situation of four types and combine with each region concrete situation. Draw some conclusions in the paper: Firstly, from 1990 to 2002, the absolute and relative differences of per capita GDP among the regions in Xinjiang were extended and the absolute differences were stronger than relative differences in extending speed; from the regional cell, the regional economic difference was extended among the regions in Xinjiang. But the speed of extending began to reduce. According to this situation, this paper put forward the idea of the moderate difference, which must be grasped in economic among the regions in Xinjiang.
