| More than 2,000 nations of all sizes around the world form different national economic bodies, distinguished by countries and regions. Since the 2nd World War, the development of national economic bodies has attracted common concern of the time. Facing a trend of flourishing economic globalization and regional economy of integration centered by intellectual economic development, what are the questions of national economic development? How to joint nations' self priority with the global economy and select effective economic strategy?Due to differences in fields of content, characteristics, participation modes, status and influences of national economic bodies, it's the only way for posterior national economic bodies to catch up with developed ones if they develop vigorously and keep the gap within a certain limit, balance the differences, dissolve contradictions and avoid conflicts. On the premise of organic integration of regional development and national development, it remains a question to be illuminated in the following paragraphs as of how to determine the strategy of the national economy, how to optimize the allocation of elements, the system and the policies, and how to stimulate the inner propulsion of the national culture.This paper answers the questions by following means: scientific theoretical thinking, practical analysis through investigation, mild-scientific abstract method, combination of regulated analysis with practical samples, combination of qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. And the writing is trying to make some breakthrough in aspect of guiding theories, research directions and key points.(1) In view of global human peace and development, this paper joints the researching methods economy with ethnography, widens the application scope of national economy into the research of cultural national economic bodies, political national economic bodies and immigrated national economic bodies, breaking out the circle of minority national economic bodies in China.( 2 ) It explicates the connotation of contemporary national economic bodies, defines the three major differences between posterior national economic bodies and the developed ones and concentrates on promoting the growing of posterior national economic bodies, subordinated national economic bodies and minority national economic bodies, trying to seek the rules of balancing the differences and eliminating conflicts.(3 ) Based on analysis of available theories and practices in national economic development both in China and the world, the paper points out the deficiencies of Chinese economic bodies development and births a totally new concept of Harmoniousniss Acceleration Development. Thenew theoretical proposition is narrated as three harmoniousniss and three acceleration - harmonize different nations so as to accelerate common development; harmonize nations with societies so as to accelerate the wholly development and harmonize nations with nature so as to accelerate sustainable development.(4) Based on comprehensive analysis on economic modernization and national modernization, the paper discusses posterior predominance theories and requires that models and samples should be set up to be considered as proofs for Harmoniousniss Acceleration Development.(5) Relying on the scientific contents in theories of balanced development and unbalanced development, unbalanced harmonious development in industries, resources, environment, population, urbanization is concentrated trying to seek for the way to prove the theory of Harmoniousniss Acceleration Development.(6) The paper also deals with the allocation of elements and the supporting system of Harmoniousniss Acceleration Development contemporary national economy, discussing the theories and models of productive elements such as capital accumulation, technology upgrading, human power resources exploration, etc. as well relationship and system with foreign countries.(7) Besides, the paper probes the cultural background of national economic development and analyzes...
