Study Of Cooperation Aspects And Strategies Between Xinjiang And Counties Surrounding Xinjiang In Oil & NG And Chemical Industry

This research divides into two major parts. Taking Kazakhstan, Russia, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan 6 peripheral countries as a research object, the first part has carried out research work as follows four aspects. (1) Study of the distribution, reserves, and already the proven reserves condition for petroleum natural gas and the unique mineral resource in the countries. (2) Study of the present situation of oil refining, gas, petroleum chemical and chemical fertilizer industries for the countries. (3) Emphatically study of the processing ability, depth, and technical present situation for refine oil installment, processing and new building projects for natural gas and ethylene, and present situation of construction and use for oil pipeline and gas line. (4) study of development of relationship industries combining the unique resources of the countries. Based on above research results, according to the characteristics of the petroleum natural gas, chemical industry, and large chemical industries for Xinjiang, the second part forecasts the development tendency of oil gas chemical industry for this 6 countries, analyzes cooperation prospect and feasibility of economy and technology between Xinjiang and them, including to emphasize that carrying out cooperation both or multilateral sides in oil chemical industry will cause extremely significant influence of economical development for Xinjiang and the countries. The researching results indicate that these 6 peripheral countries have its characteristics, respectively, in geography, resources, and economical foundations, except Russia, the level of science and technology for its industry is lower relatively compared with our country. Therefore, Xinjiang has large potential of cooperation with them in petroleum chemical industry in particular. Xinjiang should take science development concept as instruction, positive posture, and the nimble diverse measures, develop the multiple ways, establish friend cooperation relationship economically and technically with them, learn from other's strong points to offset one's weaknesses, realize regional industrialization and economilization. Both Xinjiang and the 6 countries achieve double wins.
