Research On Small-and-Medium-Sized Enterprises' Fictitious Economic Operation In China

Small and medium sized enterprises in China are playing more and more important role in inactivating economy, resolving labor employment, coordinating market mechanism and promoting industrialization of high and latest technology. However capital shortage turns out to be a bottle neck for those enterprises' development. Therefore, how to solve the capital shortage, the hardest nut that those Small and medium sized enterprises confront becomes the central research point of this thesis.This thesis begins with the definition of small and medium sized enterprises, followed by an analysis of the financing difficulty, a critical problem for most Chinese Small and medium sized enterprises.
