The developing of some famous enterprises shows that human resource management are playing a very important role in the course of growing up in enterprises. Under the trend of management taking " human " as the center, people's function is becoming more and more important, whether enterprises could establish in an unassailable position in keen competition, depend on what if people's quality and people's latent energy are given play to in the enterprise. So, no matter which kind of industry, it is the key of enterprise's development to pay attention to human resource management.At first, this thesis introduces the development courses and current situations of the JICHUN medicine company, then, explains the basic content and the research current situation of human resource management theory and corporate lifecycles theory in detail, and points out that it is a kind of trend to carry on research to human resource management in terms of corporate lifecycles, thus establishes the theoretical foundation for the thesis. After then, the thesis describes the current situation of human resource in the JICHUN medicine company, thus deeply analysis the current situation of human resource management in the enterprise. The author thinks that the JICHUN medicine company is at the growth stage of its lifecycles, so the enterprise not only has the characteristics of medicine circulation enterprise, but also has the characteristics of this kind of enterprise that is at the growth stage of its lifecycles. Meanwhile, the author thinks that the enterprise has certain advantages in human resource management in present time, but it has a lot of problems. The thesis is on the basis of carrying on profound level to analyze to these questions, have put forward the optimizing countermeasures that are scientific and suiting enterprise's real fact in human resource management. Finally, the thesis points out these optimizing countermeasures can raise the enterprise's organizational performance and offer the competition advantage for the enterprise which is at the growth stage of its lifecycles, thus it will be the winner in furious competition. However, with the enterprise's growth, human resource management should be adjusted. When the enterprise is at different stage of its lifecycles, there is different in human resource management.
