The value of human being is very important for modem enterprises, especially forhi-tech enterprises. To my opinion, a technician with good knowledge background andcertain working experience will effect the enterprise a lot.While the key ideology of human resource management regards that human beingis a kind of resource of the enterprise, and further more, it is the first resource. The mainpoint of human resource management is to utilize this resource effectively. According tothis ideology, human resource management pays a lot attention to cost and valuecalculating and verifying, pays a lot attention to wholly control so that to have a long-term programming. Therefore, the analysis of human resource cost is extremelyimportant.Firstly, this paper will introduce the basic frame of human resource costaccounting, the key point that enterprise and person with ability care most. Only afterthe two parts approbate the frame, they can survive together, and discuss about humanresource cost, so that make the enterprise healthily and effectively. The development ofhuman resource cost accounting has tight relationship with the elevation of the advancedtechnology in the society. At the same time, we can conclude that human resource isvery complicated and important as it is the key point of checking and rati1ing costfactors and it now stands in the main position in modem enterprise.Secondly, this paper will analyze the constitute factors of human resource cost inmodem enterprise through analysis of basic cases and facing problem in the work.This paper mainly demonstrates the relationship between enterprise courting forthe biggest benefit and person gaining the biggest development.The demonstration can be generalized as: The analysis of human resource costincludes five analysis of obtain cost, development cost, employment cost, insurance costand demission cost. The programming of calculating and verifying human resource costincludes to grasp present human resource original material, to classify present humanresource, to set down human resource standard cost, to workout human resource costreport forms. The methods to calculate, control reasonable human resource cost arebenchmark of labor allot rate, pure sales amount, profit and loss bifurcation.
