Research On Chinese Lawyers' Social Relationship System

Scholars have paid enough attention to our lawyer's system, here, I also based this article on lawyer's system, and chose "lawyers' relationship " as the title ,a problem which was common but ignored .I made use of positive method called "participation _investigation " and summarized the ordinary life and work of thirty lawyers in ChengDu ,Sichuan Province . After summarizing , I chose bywords as the symbol and discussed the influence, foundation ,state ,causes and other relevant problems of lawyers relationship. Sociology and jurisprudence , on the spot investigation and theory research , and other relevant researching method were combined together in my article. Investigated and researched the system and practice from several aspects. By analyzing and describing the practice behind the legal system stage by stage , gave a net of lawyer's relationship made by several powerful point to the world . Readers could reflect powerful parties' disturbance to legal system, lawyers' accumulation of social relationship, several powerful parties' rivalry and judicial ideal's discard in this article. The disadvantages and reasons left to others, I just introduced it as example to open futher research, and reflection.
