The scholars inside and outside have many vary opinions on the study of enterprise-competence (EC). However, their main standpoints are concluded to two kinds as follow: some scholars consider that the EC owes to the variables outside the enterprise such as the industry it belongs to and its comparative location in the industry; the other ones consider that the EC attributes to the resource it possesses. The two opinions greatly impel the research of EC, but they both have a limitation, they just consider the enterprise or employee as an isolated "atom", and ignore the relation between enterprise and the interrelated organizations outside, enterprise and its employees, employee and employee, which can bring the resource for the enterprise to maintain and upgrade the EC.In the article, the author purposes to break through the analyze-angle based on the resource inside or outside enterprise; points out the new one that studies the EC under the view-angle of social capital. She tries to build the model of social capital (SC) and enterprise-competence (EC), named SC-EC model, then provides some corresponding thought and countermeasures for kindred-enterprise basing on it.There are four chapters in the article. Chapter one is introduction, introducing the meaning of subject, the research status quo and the research methods, etc. Chapter tow is tracing to the source of theory about the EC and the SC, the author concludes the existing opinions and then develop own definition. Chapter three is the study of the relation between the SC and the EC, the author finds out the origin-rule of the SC and develops the SC-EC model, considering that the impact of SC during the enterprise development is different. In the chapter four, the author brings forward the thought and countermeasure for kindred-enterprise's development, and puts forward some advice on maintaining and exploiting the SC.
