Research On Coutermeasures Of Social Enterprises' Development In China Based On The View Of Social Embeddedness

Social enterprise is an innovative NPOs that uses its commercial means to realize sustainable development.On the one hand can make up for the traditional NPOs sustainable development deficiencies,on the other hand can be innovative to play to solve the social problems of the public problems.Social enterprises to achieve the balance of social and economic value will not be satisfied with relying on government subsidies and donations to obtain income,but through the introduction of commercial means to achieve sustainable development.In the operation of commercial activities,They can not be deviated from the mission of social values.Thus,social enterprises with dual characteristics in the development process are facing legal and financial and many other difficulties.They need not only the support and guidance from external environment,but also the ability to social resources.In particular,the development of social enterprises in our country faces the dilemma of the external environment such as institution,culture and so on,as well as the lack of relationship between the construction of the network and social capital.These factors affect the double value of the social enterprise.Social embedded theory is to discuss economic and social interaction,that the social factors on the organization's economic activities have a certain impact.Based on the perspective of social embedded and the analysis of the present situation of social enterprise development in China,the research discusse's the institutional dilemma,cooperative network dilemma,resource dilemma and cognitive dilemma of social enterprises in China.And the research on the typical social enterprises of the CANYOU,the analysis found that CANYOU in the development process of social embedded in the success of the full use of institutional resources,build a good partner network,access to social capital and improve social awareness.Based on the analysis of the dilemma of the development of social enterprises in our country and the analysis of the cases of the remnant groups,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of social enterprises,builds a good development environment through the institutional embedded,constructs embedded the social network embedded and the structural embedding,Promote social trust through cognitive embedding.
