In the information economy epoch, enterprise competence roots in information and knowledge. Enterprise ini'ormatization is not simply the application of IT, it combines advanced management theories as well as IT. In this way, an enterprise converts to an organization based on information and knowledge, which is adaptable to the information society. When information flows amply and knowledge is shared fully, information asymmetry and uncertainties will be reduced. On one hand, it can integrate resources inside and outside the enterprise and improve economic returns and efficiency; on the other hand, it enables the enterprise to response "quickly to the changing environments, and to gain market advantages.
