To keep the development of the society, all the trades are developing new business, looking for and taking up new areas. Just under such situations, the post combined with electronic commerce exceeds into the service realm of logistics. The development of the postal logistics depends on the support of the information system, and the information system also decides the postal logistic service level. According to the actual needs of the postal logistic working process, a set of perfect information system is developed in this paper. It's through modules to achieve every link in the information system, and to realize an integration, each module has connections and parts of resources are shared. To reduce the whole cost and improve the efficiency, the paper lays emphasis in the research of the two great links : warehouse and distribution, and the main methods are object analysis and mixed genetic algorithm.
