E-commerce Environment, The Logistics Model And Its Management

In recent years, with the development of the modern information technique,the electronic commerce, which is the core of the network business, quickly develop.Simplifying the business processes and lowing the cost of business is one of theelectronic commerce's advantages. The advantages of cost of the electronic commercemust depend on the credibility and efficient logistics, which is the key of the modernenterprise competition. For this reason, electronic commerce needs support oflogistics system, which adapt to the operation.The theories frame of the logistics, electronic commerce and the electroniccommercial logistics are discussed firstly in the dissertation. Then the systemtheories, the method of case analysis, and other theories method are applied in orderto analyze some aspects such as the electronic commerce logistics,the realization of electronic commerce logistics and the key problems of typicallogistics models. Furthermore ,key questions of the current environment of electroniccommerce logistics in our country are pointed out. Compared with the logistics in modern country, the system of electronic commerce logistics on the basis of network, the new way of the management on electronic commerce logistics mentioned.Finally the optimization in EC model, which adapt of to the electronic commerce logistics and the Chinese current environment and presently international competition environment are discussed.
