It is proved by practice that the successful operation of TPL can not be deviated from the building of Logistics Information System (LIS). To counter these problems, the author proposes the plan to build LIS.In the course of designing TPL Information System based on EC in the TaiDa Company, by mainly analyzing the operation procedure, the data process and the requirements of goals in the TaiDa Company, on the basis of theprinciples of designing LIS, to counter the problems that the company often conies across in the design of the system, the author has designed the network structure, the system structure, the function structure and the system of Data Base.
