Virtual enterprise (VE ) is a new-style organization form. Since human society enters 1990's, it appears more and more along with the increase and violent variety of market, progressively development of high and new information technique, plentiful production of information technique product. VE represents the more flexible "competition-cooperation" relationship between enterprises. It seeks the situation of a "many winners" by sharing market opportunities with customers. The dissertation applies norm analysis, demonstration analysis, comparison analysis and the analysis method of induction and deduction. Virtual enterprise's knowledge management system can promote knowledge share and utilization between its member enterprises by coordinating the knowledge resource it owns. The system can also enhance the cooperation between VE's member enterprises, better adapt to dynamic and complicated knowledge economy circumstance and face the increasingly vigorous global competition.The dissertation firstly introduces related concepts and theories of virtual enterprise and knowledge management. Based on this, it presents the related theories on virtual enterprise's knowledge management. Secondly the dissertation analyses the current advanced research in domestic and international academia, and puts forward a technique framework of VE's knowledge management based on its the dynamic character. According to current establishment modes and combining VE's knowledge process and operation process, the author puts forward a VE's knowledge management model based on the web environment.Based on the above research, the dissertation constructs a relatively complete VE's knowledge management framework. It also thoroughly explores key problems such as knowledge share, knowledge distribution, knowledge presentation, knowledge creation and knowledge obtaining in virtual enterprise.
