Study Of The Crime Of Organizing Other Persons To Engage In Prostitution

Organizing other persons to engage in prostitution is a crime of obstructing the administration of public order. It becomes more and more with the spread of whoring and prostitution,the social vile practices,and it becomes a important factor to influence the social stability.The study of this crime does good both to the judicial practices and the theory of criminal law.The author in this article, combining the judicial interpretation with analyses of typical cases, tries to make clear the original meaning of article of the criminal law through the study of legislation history and current situation of organizing other persons to engage in prostitution and the study of the crime's concept,requisite characters, legislation approval,knotty problems and penalty's application. Meanwhile, the author makes more study on disputative questions such as criminal victims, the unit(s) being the criminal subject , making profit as its purpose subjectively and death penalty being executed while absorbing others' achievements in the study of the theory .In the end ,the author gives his opinions and suggestions to legislation on the crime of organizing other persons to engage in prostitution.
