Ltd had been restructured of stock, reduced the staff, strengthened the management about marking, also introduced advanced theory of management since 1999.It had activated the market again, make the enterprises radiate vigour again, realized enterprises at high speed, developed quickly.My dissertation regard Fuyu wine industry Co., Ltd as an instance. Externally they paid high attention to market exploiting and stuck to the principle that customer is their god. Insisted on it with sale as the primary inwards, regarded serving as the guarantee. They used modern administrative method and marking theory to analyze the main steps and sectors in the process of marking, and try their best to do market researching and information management, so as to grasp the fluctuation of the market and understand the distributor' s willingness. Finally they formulated their marking strategy, which is scientific and rational. Responsively the market share has increased rapidly. Enterprise' s benefit is promoted by a large extent.
