Research On The Application In China For BOT Financing Model

More and more basic construction projects were built on the basis of BOT in China in recent year because of the high speed development of Chinese economy. The development of BOT projects enlarge the ways to build basic construction and get foreign investments in China, and provide more selections for basic construction project. It is forecasted that more basic construction projects would be built on the basis of BOT on China's economic development in the future. But it have occurred some problems because of short development period and less experience for development of BOT projects.This article expound the main problems of financing for BOT project development in China and analysis the key factors affecting the successful financing of BOT project. It brings forward the countermeasure of consummating and assuring financing model of BOT project and the research of this article will provide valuable advice for China's BOT project.
